What kind of video card should I get for FSX? (I have Vista).

2. a GEforce card. I have a crappy 7300LE. I have slightly below average settings. My FPS is rather low on the ground because I turned on all the traffic except cars and trucks. When theres alot of clouds and I have detailed coulds option selected, I lose a couple of FPS too. i recommend you get a 7800 or 7600 and if u can afford it, a 8000s series. remember, when buying hardware especially video cards. check motherboard compatibility and power supply compatibility. you can find it on your motherboard's website and same for the power supply. or u can always open your tower up and take a look. main issue with Vcards is the power supply so check there first.
