When looking at CPU heatsinks and fans how quiet should a QUALITY product be?
Im looking at a ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler it got mostly good reviews but i want something that is quieter than my stock fan but still keeps it nice and cool. I realize that i want the sound as close to 0 dBa as possible but what are some realistic meauremnts for a quality product?

- Realistically, I DONT want a fan that makes no noise, this way I know if it quit running
- in 15 years I have only heard a CPU fan when it goes wrong. Most suppliers only use Coolmaster fans but not all. The CD drive make more noise than the CPU fan
- CPU coolers don't have to be loud to work infact u could get the one u just metioned and it would work really well and quiet too.
- Buy a fanless one.Its called a PASSIVE heatsink.Coolermaster Z600.
