How do I determine which front side bus speed my motherboard supports?

I'm upgrading my computer and have been scouring the internet trying to find out what front side bus speeds my motherboard supports. My motherboard is currently an ASUS P4S333-M.

2. It may be kind of hard to find a CPU upgrade for that motherboard. That's pretty old technology right there. On the up side, the upgrade will be cheap....But probably not a brand new CPU. it only supports 400mhz FSB
