Thermal Glue

I have a Sharp laptop computer and I need to replace the motherboard. How do I get the old one out?

I have the laptop apart to the motherboard but don't see how to remove it - to put in another one I purchased online. Any ideas?

1. Unless you are a proffesional, don't do it by your self. Find a big store, it might cost something, but it's a lot safer than doing by your self.
2. You should take it to a computer specialist or something like that.
